I'm pasting several crash reports of the past couple of days - I don't know what to make of them. I'm highly experience with XP, and I like the new OS quite a bit - just need to figure out how stop the crashes. Adobe CS2 - not compatible with Win7 was installed and then uninstalled, to be replaced by CS5. Office 2003 is working (but is about to be replaced by a new Office 2010)Ħ. Firefox and IE 8 are both fully updatedĥ. iTunes and iStreamer are both up-to-date and Win7 compatible.Ĥ. All installed software is updated and compatible with Windows 7 (with the possible exception of TuneRanger).ģ. Dell support tested the hardware (not necessarily thoroughly) and found no problems: this is 'hear-say' - I heard what they said.Ģ. Over time, it's becoming clear that this PC crashes with or without these activities going on.ġ.
